Project Management

Our team members have managed and successfully developed several key projects in an array of industries with different degrees of complexities. 

These include but not limited to: 

  • Direct assistance to the Head of the Airbus Flight Test Department during the certification and launch of the A380 aircraft
  • Management of the production testing associated with the production acceleration from 200 aircraft a year to 500
  • Creation and Management of the Flight Operations capability at the start up of the Airbus Chinese Final Assembly Line at Tianjin. This also involved negotiating the airspace required
  • Worked with several test organisations
  • Definition of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Technical System Specifications. Close relation with external suppliers
  • Product Owner for Assisted and Automated Driving UX/UI for Jaguar and Land Rover products 
  • Development of HMI and Human Factors Processes to develop and validate Assisted & Automated Driving features (i.e., Training Needs Analysis, Human Error Hazard Analysis, Emotional Analysis)
  • Human factors and safety activities for various Airspace Change, Technology and Safety Improvement projects
  • Co-authored Strategic Safety Plan for complex Air Traffic Control Units (Swanwick, NATS)
  • Collaboratively worked with the UK FAB and CANSO in human performance and safety initiatives, including HF rule making, as well as working collaboratively with the UK CAA in their human performance activities – bow-tie developments, human factors training
  • Development of a Collaborative Decision Making Model for the use in planned technical ‘outages’ or to support emergency failures throughout NATS
